This is a lovely high quality Ballpoint Pen is made from a piece of recycled Utile with Chrome and Gun Metal Plated fittings. The Chrome centre ring is engraved with a Gothic symbol. The pen comes in a black velveteen pouch (or the chance to have a black velvet pen box with white and blue interior as an added extra). About the Pen Body
Utile is an appealing wood with many uses, including furniture and cabinetry, interior and exterior joinery for doors and window frames, countertops, decorative veneers and plywood. The wood is also used in boat construction and planking, domestic flooring, musical instruments and sports equipment. It is often used as a mahogany substitute. This particular timber came from some windows that had been fitted in the 1980’s and were later replaced.

This pen is unique and made using sustainable or recycled timber or resin and top quality components. Once turned and sanded, to give the best possible protection it has a number of coats of finish and then a polish. It comes complete in a pouch, full instructions on the care of the pen and a certificate of authenticity, confirming that I have turned the pen personally and the date it was constructed.
All of my pens are UK post free and are usually dispatched within two days by 1st Class Mail (24 Tracked). For orders outside the UK please see the overseas postage charges and these will send by Tracked Royal Mail International Standard. Also be aware that the buyer is responsible for any import and custom tax.
