All sales must be paid for in advance.

All items will be sent to the delivery address given.

Customs

All taxes and custom charges made once the item has left the UK is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller has no liability for these charges.

Delivery

Readymade pens will be dispatched the next working day.

Bespoke and inscribed pens will be posted withing two to four working days.

All items for the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24

All Overseas items will be sent by Royal Mail Overseas Tracked

No responsibility can be made for late delivery due to Royal Mail and other carriers taking longer than expected. A tracking number will be supplied.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given on ready made pens that are returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt.  Return postage to be paid by the customer.

Refunds will NOT be given on Custom Made, Bespoke or Inscribed Pens. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty and is returned.  The refund and return postage will be paid once the faulty item has been returned and inspected by the seller.
